Jack R. Callison, Jr.

Jack R. Callison is a seasoned senior living leader and a passionate advocate for championing quality of life for all seniors. Under his leadership, Sunrise seeks to create the preferred lifestyle for seniors to enjoy longer, healthier, happier lives. Jack has a proven record of building and growing cohesive organizational cultures, high-performing teams, and scalable operating platforms in mission-driven organizations. Jack’s team-focused approach seeks to cultivate wellness, engagement, inclusivity, and growth throughout all aspects of the company.

Prior to Sunrise, Jack held several executive positions: CEO of senior living operator Enlivant, CEO of Holiday Retirement, and president of U.S. operations for Archstone. He is a Board Director and previous Vice Chair of the National Investment Center for Senior Housing and Care (NIC). Jack also serves on the Board of Directors for Argentum and is an Executive Board Member of the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA). Jack also formerly served as a member of the Medical Center Board of Directors of the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, including as Vice Chair of the Quality and Credentialing Committee.
