One of the most notable holiday drinks is rich and creamy eggnog. This beverage is loved by many and has even inspired December to be named National Eggnog Month. There's no shame in indulging in a cup or two of the sweet drink during holiday celebrations, but it's not the best beverage to have regularly. Store-bought varieties usually contain between 250 and 400 calories per cup, with high levels of saturated fats and sugars. You're much better off making one of these quick and easy homemade versions of the classic winter treat.
