We are thrilled to introduce you to a few of the team members who work to make this community a wonderful place for our residents to call home.
After extensively researching the personal care industry, I was convinced that Sunrise was the only senior living company for me. I was so impressed with Sunrise’s commitment to quality, passion for seniors and resident-centered approach to care that I changed careers to come here.”
“From the moment I walked through the doors of Sunrise of Blue Bell, I knew it was my home. It’s the balance of residents and caring team members that make what we do each day resonate in our lives and the lives of those we serve.
After joining the Sunrise team, I found my purpose. For the past 20 years, I have worked to provide exceptional service and the best quality care for all seniors. This philosophy is why I always give 100 percent, with no exceptions or excuses. I also try to bring a sense of humor to my work. It means so much to me if I can add a smile or laughter to a resident’s day. Those smiles remind me that I have done the right thing. I enjoy the opportunity to positively impact our residents’ lives and make a difference to them. Finally, I appreciate the chance to get to know our residents and their families.”
“I have been with Sunrise of Blue Bell for more than 11 years as a Lead Care Manager. When I start my day knowing that my residents look forward to seeing me, it makes me go above and beyond for them. They truly depend on me to provide the best possible care. I’m passionate about the level of care that each and every resident receives. Sunrise sets the bar of excellence. I do my best to exceed it.”
“Everyone who knows me calls me ‘Cricket.’ I love working with the seniors here at Sunrise of Blue Bell; they give me such joy. I’ve enjoyed working at Sunrise for the past 11 years because, along with great benefits, the employees have the opportunity to move up.
I love talking to the residents and hearing their stories. I’m happy to be here so I can give our residents the care they need and bring a smile to their faces.”
“I joined the Sunrise community in 1999 with aspirations of becoming a nurse. As part of the Reminiscence team, I became more comfortable with our residents each day. Ultimately, I learned that what our residents need most is someone to provide them with care and attention. I wanted to be that someone.
I enjoy being a part of the Reminiscence team. Our residents may have experienced changes in their abilities and personalities as a result of their illness, but they are still people who thrive upon interactions with others. I love spending time with our residents and listening to them reminisce about their life experiences. I find past eras fascinating in comparison to the world in which we live now.”
