If at any time you have a concern about resident care, employee relations, policy compliance, business ethics or any of the following while you have a relationship with Sunrise, we want to hear from you:
- Billing or Reimbursement Issues
- Fraud/Theft
- Violation of Governmental Regulations
- Workplace Violence
- Discrimination
- Harassment
- Conflict of Interest
- Substance Abuse
We encourage people to attempt to resolve concerns or disagreements with the community, team or individual first, and our leadership in local communities is happy to assist. However, if you prefer to remain anonymous, do not wish to deal directly with the community or your issues are not resolved, please contact our Ethics Hotline.
