Addressing Your Concerns

We encourage anyone who has a relationship with Sunrise to contact us with a concern about resident care, employee relations, policy compliance, business ethics or any of the following:

  • Billing or reimbursement issues
  • Fraud/theft
  • Violation of governmental regulations
  • Workplace violence
  • Discrimination
  • Harassment
  • Conflict of interest
  • Substance abuse

The first step in resolving concerns or disagreements is to approach the community, team or individual directly, and our leadership at a local community is available to assist. However, if you prefer to remain anonymous, or your issues are not resolved, please contact our Ethics Hotline.
