Vaccination Program

In addition to rewarding our dedicated team members with a paid “Day of Gratitude” as they become fully vaccinated, we are proud to share that Sunrise has taken the important step of introducing vaccinations as a required and essential job function for all new and current community team members in the U.S. To continue protecting the health and safety of our communities, we expect them all to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 no later than July 31, subject to applicable laws and Sunrise policies. This decision was made carefully with advice from public health officials to promote the safety of everyone in our community.

Supporting Our Heroes

Sunrise is taking extra steps to help promote the health and well-being of our team members, including:

  • Executing evidence-based infection control efforts
  • Supplying proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Providing continued COVID-19 training on infection control, hygiene, and personal protective equipment
  • Performing daily team member temperature and symptom checks
  • Using an EPA-registered, food-safe surface cleaner sanitizer that has demonstrated effectiveness against viruses similar to SARS-CoV-2

As our team members provide personalized, compassionate care, we will continue supporting them as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves.
