2 cans of chickpeas
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup tahini
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In a food processor, combine beans and garlic and pulse until chopped. Add 1/2 cup of water and remaining ingredients. Pulse the mixture until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
