  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tsp. flaxseed
  • 2 tsp. vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon zest

Directions
