When it comes to senior living, eating healthy is important. However, you don't always have to look at what's on your plate to find nutrients. There are plenty of other options in beverage form that help you get the vitamins and minerals you need to have a high quality of life.

Martha Stewart's Carrot-Mango juice is refreshing and packs a ton of health benefits you may not realize. According to Care2, carrots not only improve vision, but they've also been linked to cancer prevention and helping people keep a smooth, youthful-looking complexion.

Additionally, research from the Oklahoma State University pointed to mangoes as a way to stave off obesity and diabetes, as the fruit could help reduce body fat and blood sugar.
