Sometimes, it's hard to believe that something so tasty can be good for you, but it's possible! A recent study from the Cochrane Library suggested that chocolate may help you control blood pressure.

While some people think of this as great news for having an excuse to nibble on some truffles, there are other ways to get chocolate's benefits. Good Housekeeping's Chocolate-Banana Smoothie is not only guaranteed to fill you up, but you'll feel like you're cheating on your diet when you're actually doing the body good. The recipe makes for a great addition to breakfast or substitute for a snack throughout the day.

The smoothie's inclusion of banana helps pack in the health benefits. According to World's Healthiest Foods, bananas are a great source for vitamins B6 and C, fiber and potassium.
