Congratulations to our winning dining team for bringing home the title of People's Choice Award for the second year in a row from the Share to Care chef's challenge!
Our dining services director, Andrew Keravouri, and cooks Heath Holloman and Miguel Romero, created a delicious menu and presentation: Big Easy Jambalaya Spring Rolls, Muffuletta Salad with Remoulade Dressing and Layered Banana Pound Cake with Bourbon St. Crème. They remain undefeated for the second year in a row by several other senior living communities in the area!
