We are excited to introduce you to some of the talented individuals who make up the Brighton Gardens of Washington Township, Ohio, team. Nineteen of our team members have been with our community for more than a decade, and our Reminiscence memory care team alone has a combined tenure of more than 142 years. Our experienced team is proud to provide the Dayton community with top quality assisted living and memory care.
“My grandfather lived at a Sunrise community years ago, and at the time I told my family, ‘This is where I want to live when I need assisted living!' When a nearby Sunrise community had an opening in the sales and marketing department, I jumped at the chance to work here.
I am so proud of the personalized service we provide, as well as our long-tenured care team. I genuinely enjoy meeting new families and helping them learn about everything that Sunrise has to offer their loved ones. My associate, Sharon Hammond, and I will be with you every step of the way and we can be a resource for whatever you might need. We work hard to make the transition to senior living as seamless as possible!”
"I started at Sunrise Senior Living 5 years ago as a dining room care manager. Within a few years I became trained in every department and fell in love with the Activities department. I absolutely champion the quality of life for all seniors every single day! I feel very blessed to get to take care of the residents here at Brighton Gardens. I strive to constantly improve and to always remain resident centered! When I am not at Brighton Gardens I spend my time being a mother to three beautiful children."
"I have been a nurse for 7 years and I love getting to serve our residents! Every day the residents teach me something new as I continue to grow with Sunrise Senior Living! I always remain resident focused and make sure to provide the best care for our residents. When I am not at Brighton Gardens I like to spend time with my fiancé Mike and daughters Cassidy and Hannah!"
I have cared for my grandmother who has Alzheimer’s dementia, so I know first-hand how this disease can affect any family. My favorite thing about working with the residents in our Reminiscence Neighborhood is that each day is a brand new beginning.
