Redmond Senior Living

Meet the Redmond Senior Living Team

bill fennerBill Fenner

Executive Director

Bill has been working in the senior housing field since 1992 in the Puget Sound region, mainly in operations. He was born in Seattle and has lived most of his life in the region. A prior career in the hotel industry had him located in cities from Los Angeles to St. Thomas, but the call of the Pacific Northwest brought him back here. Hospitality has been a cornerstone of Bill’s career.

Sunrise’s core values of Respect and Trust resonate deeply with Bill, with the expectation that we will serve our customers with respect and that our working relationships are built on a foundation of trust.

When not at work, Bill enjoys swimming for exercise, and being outdoors. He and his wife live on a small farm in Snohomish County, enjoying their children, two horses, and the woods surrounding their home.

clay laidigClay Laidig

Director of Sales

"I have been with Sunrise since 2018. Prior to Sunrise I worked for a Continuing Care Retirement Community in a sales and marketing role for several years, in addition to over 20 years of real estate brokerage and development experience. It is a pleasure and privilege to assist families through an often difficult decision making process knowing that the outcome is an improved quality of life.

My favorite part of coming to work is getting to know our residents and learning their stories. Our Sunrise team is passionate about seniors and is joyful in providing loving care and support to our residents. I am so happy to have found a group of dedicated professionals.

In my free time, I enjoy time with my family and traveling to distant and remote islands."

laura santiagoLaura Santiago

Assisted Living Coordinator

Laura has over 20 years’ experience working with our senior population. She started working for Sunrise in 2009 as an Assistant Coordinator for Sunrise Brighton Gardens and in 2010 she became Assistant Coordinator for Assisted Living. At work she leads her team by example, passing medication, providing resident care, and helping in the Dining Room. She enjoys learning about the residents she helps care for, learning who they are as people and understanding their preferences. This ensures the care they receive is about them and their needs.

Outside work, Laura helps care for her 2 granddaughters, 13 and 7. Both keep her very busy.

At Sunrise, my favorite core value is Joy in Service. As I serve needs in our community I am filled with so much joy and compassion in my own life."

dino natalizioDino Natalizio

Dining Services Coordinator

"I have worked in the restaurant business since I was a little kid. My parents owned a restaurant. I loved it then and love it now. What makes Sunrise so special to me is the care and service we give our residents. I feel very proud to work for someone who cares about the food we all eat here at Sunrise. Healthy ingredients. Seeing the residents smile with when they enjoy a great meal makes my day. Quality products and fresh ingredients shine through in our menu. Looking forward to meeting you."
