"I have been with sunrise for 2.5 years. I started as a reminiscence coordinator at our La Jolla community. This was my first experience working with memory care residents and I absolutely fell in love with it. The satisfaction that I received from joining the their journey every day and being able to provide quality care and making a difference in their lives is priceless. After about a year and a half I transitioned into the Assisted living coordinator role and really enjoyed it as my background experience prior to sunrise had always been in Assisted Living.
Recently, I was given the opportunity to transfer to La Costa as Assisted living coordinator and I look forward to the new experiences and growth opportunities. In addition, I am in the EDIT program and hope to gain as much knowledge and experience as I can and one day run one of our Sunrise buildings."
