Our dining services coordinator, John Wells, is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with 15 years of experience in fine dining restaurants. When he's not busy in the kitchen, he loves taking some time to visit with our residents. "They are a living history," he says.
His favorite dish to prepare? Roasted leg of lamb with herbed couscous and lightly steamed asparagus!
John prefers to work with fresh herbs instead of too many extra fats and salt because they are versatile and add a rich depth of flavor to any dish.
