Meet the Sunrise at University Park, CO, Team!

David Haselman—Team Member Since 2017David Haselman

Executive Director

"I grew up in the senior living industry by volunteering and working with my family to help support the communities that they operated in.  Most recently, I was working in the hospitality industry, where I had the opportunity to perform and gain experience in all roles. My favorite part of my job is developing and growing with my team to be the best people for our Residents. I am honored to serve our residents and Team Members every single day.

I am a big fan of the outdoors.  In my spare time, I like to do as much biking, hiking, fishing as I can, when the weather is warm!"

“I love working with people and the challenge that caregiving brings.  It tests my physical and mental strength and teaches patience and compassion.  I love my residents.

I drove past Sunrise almost every day to get to my previous job and the community kept drawing me in.  I told myself, when I become a Certified Nursing Assistant, I want to work at Sunrise. That’s what I did, and I absolutely love it.”
