Meet some of the excellent members of our team here at Sunrise of Annapolis, MD.
“I started working for Sunrise in February 2007. I love helping families navigate through senior living options and helping to find the right solution for their loved one. At Sunrise, we can help enhance their quality of life and give family members peace of mind knowing their loved one is in a safe and nurturing environment.
I love coming to work each day to see our residents, and I am so proud to be a part of a team that makes a positive difference in so many lives each day.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two young children, and friends.”
I absolutely love training our team members on the bigger picture of what the ‘assistance’ side of assisted living really means. It goes far beyond tasks. I believe that you must have the desire to serve in order to be effective.
Memory care is close to my heart. My dad had dementia. It is an extremely difficult job to make decisions for our loved ones. Families depend on me to be knowledgeable, calm, and available. I do it in memory of my dad and in honor of their loved ones.
During my spare time, my faith in God and my family keep me really busy.”
“I have been working at Sunrise since 2008. After serving in several different roles, I am now the Reminiscence coordinator.
I treasure the relationships that I have built with our residents and their family members. At Sunrise, we are able to give residents the quality of life that others think they no longer have.
In my spare time, I like to bake and read.”
I love the relationships I have with our residents; they are so special to me. They are why I am here. I am proud to know that every day I am making people smile and giving them brighter, happier days. I go home feeling good that I made a difference!
In my spare time, I love going to my happy place: the beach. I also enjoy traveling. I love country concerts, boating, antiquing, shopping, reading, and DIY projects.”
