Executive Director

"I have been with Sunrise since March of 2001. My favorite part of my job is simply that I am able to interact with our residents daily. Whether it’s leading a group activity (family feud is my favorite), helping a resident paint during an exhibition, or just pouring coffee in the dining room, I feel those moments always bring me back to Sunrise’s mission:  'To champion the quality of life for all seniors'.

The best part of working for Sunrise is that I have the opportunity and privilege to coach, teach, and motivate my team. There is no better sign of accomplishment than being a part of a team that ultimately becomes a family.

In my free time, I spend time with my wife, Elke, who I met at the age of 14. We love to travel, indulge our dogs, and play tennis. I also love to landscape and be outdoors as much as possible."

Director of Sales

"I have worked at Sunrise Senior Living as a Director of Sales since April of 2005. My favorite part of the job is being able to help families and residents as they transition to senior living. I get great satisfaction being able to assist them during what can be an extremely stressful time. It’s also rewarding once I get to see them thrive in our community.

I love the culture of Sunrise and their dedication to our residents. I feel like I am part of a family here.

When I am not working, I love being with my husband and family. We love to explore new restaurants, go to the beach, and travel. Some of my favorite things to do are baking, bicycling, spending time outdoors, and being with my dog, Lily!"

"I have been with Sunrise since 2008, but prior to Sunrise, I gained 15 years of experience in the Assisted Living industry in sales and operations roles. 

My favorite part of my job is being a resource to our communities as I assist in coaching and training in order to see more families benefit from moving a loved one into a Sunrise community. The best part of working at Sunrise is that I am able to be surrounded by very talented people who enjoy working, learning, and growing everyday. 

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Craig, and my two children, Lily and Ben."

"I started with Sunrise back in June of 2008, and I have previous operations experience dating 7 years back to my work in mental health with a focus on the senior population. 

My favorite part of my job is simply the residents. I love connecting with them, learning their life stories, and seeing them flourish in their new home at Sunrise. The best part of working here at Sunrise is being a part of a company that truly lives and breathes their mission. 

In my free time, I spend time with my husband and twin sons. We are a travel lacrosse team family and are at tournaments most of the summer!"
