Phil Noto

Executive Director

"I have been in the senior living industry as an Executive Director since 2010.

My favorite part of the job is interacting with our residents and watching the friendships develop. Going home every day knowing we have made a difference in the lives of our residents and families is truly the best part of my role here.

In my spare time, I like to spend time outside with my dogs Massimo, Pia and Fausto. I’m also an avid tennis player year round!"

Rob TangelRob Tangel

Area Director of Community Relations

"I have been in the senior care industry for 9 years.

My favorite part of the job is knowing that I helped someone today! The best part of Sunrise is the amazing team atmosphere and the ongoing training to make you an expert at helping seniors and their families.

In my free time, I love listening to music, attending concerts, sporting events, and spending time with my family!"

Lynne ChapinLynne Chapin

Director of Sales

"I am new to Sunrise and feel fortunate to be a part of a company that has been dedicated to improving the lives of seniors for nearly forty years. While my previous career focused on healthcare for children and families, my interest in eldercare began with a journey that so many adult children are now experiencing - navigating the ins and outs of eldercare with a parent. Based on my own experience, I wanted to help others as they are faced with what can be difficult and emotional decisions. Helping residents and families make a smooth transition into a community that provides everything that I would have wanted for my own father makes this job incredibly rewarding.

When I am not in the community, I enjoy spending time with family and friends-watching my children’s sports games, laughing with girlfriends over a cup of coffee or hiking with my husband and my favorite mutt, Rangeley. Any other spare moment is filled with reading, always reading."

Tammy SchwartzTammy Schwartz

Resident Care Director

"I have worked in health care for 25 years and in Assisted Living for almost 5 years.

My favorite part of my job is creating a home like atmosphere for our residents while integrating layers of wellness services. Keeping our residents safe, healthy and happy! I naturally refer to Sunrise as my home away from home where the residents along with my co-workers are a part of my extended family.

When not at Sunrise, I spend my spare time watching my son play baseball with my husband Scott and tend to our many animals on our Hobby Farm. Our son will be playing baseball here in Fairfield, CT and will, at times, play on the field next to our community! Our Hobby Farm includes Nigerian Dwarf Goats, Muscovy Ducks, KuneKune pigs and a large variety of chickens."

Irina ArgustIrina Argust

Assisted Living Coordinator

"I’ve worked with Sunrise almost ten years. My prior experience with Sunrise was Reminiscence Coordinator. Outside of Sunrise, I have worked with the Dementia and Alzheimer’s population for 25 years as a Memory Care Program Director, Family Support Group Facilitator with the Alzheimer’s Association, and Russian/Polish speaking consultant for the Department of Aging.

My favorite part of my job is to enhance the quality of residents’ lives and help them and their families in their challenging journey.

The best part of working at Sunrise is being a part of an amazing and very supportive family.

In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, knitting, painting and playing the piano."
