We’re expanding operations and welcoming brighter days.
Stephanie has more than 35 years of operations management experience in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care settings, and Assisted Living. For Stephanie, working for senior living communities is not a job, it’s a passion. "Prior to Sunrise, I was working as an Executive Director in a nearby market, but I lived next to Sunrise. I attended a seminar with my previous company, who stated that Sunrise Senior Living was the top senior living company to work for. I knew then, I needed to be a part of the Sunrise team.
My favorite part of my job is helping families find the right solution. Exploring senior living options is a very sensitive and stressful time for a family, and I like to be a resource for them to help alleviate some of that stress. I also love learning about each resident. The stories that our residents provide about their lives are so intriguing and I learn a lot about life.
When I am not working, I like to spend time outdoors with my friends and family camping, attending dirt track races, hunting, and riding 4-wheelers."
Before joining the Sunrise family, Hope worked as an aide at a nearby assisted living facility while attending The University of Findlay. Hope graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations in 2021. Hope loved working in a senior living facility and when she saw the AVC position at Sunrise was available, she knew that was her sign to apply. One of Hope's favorite parts about her role here at Sunrise is getting to know each and every one of the residents on a deeper level and seeing their faces light up when she tells them there is an activity planned. Hope also enjoys hearing all their stories about their careers and families, and she learns something new every day from them.
On her days off, Hope enjoys spending time with her family and friends, whether that be at home or out for an adventure. She also likes going to watch baseball games and playing sand volleyball.

Each of the residents have backgrounds that are unique and they have so much to teach us."
When Leah is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs.
Danielle has worked in Human Resources for nearly a decade. Danielle says, "The best part of my position here at Sunrise is being able to do what is best not only for our staff members but also for our incredible residents. Getting to chat with our residents is always the highlight of my day!"
When Danielle is not at work, she enjoys spending time with my family and friends—especially being out in our community supporting local businesses, wineries, and restaurants.
