"I began my career in the Senior Living industry in 2005 as an Activity Director and became an Administrator in 2009. I became Executive Director of Sunrise of Jacksonville in 2016. I love my role in Operations because not only do I get to help our families and residents, I also get to work with an amazing group of team members and help them develop in their careers. My favorite parts of working for Sunrise are being a part of an organization that is committed to the highest quality of care for our residents and working with talented a team that demonstrates our mission every day. In my spare time, I enjoy anything on the water – the beach, the boat, and fishing. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, all sports, and home improvement projects."

"I have 20 years of healthcare experience as a licensed Registered Nurse and I’ve enjoyed working at Sunrise of Jacksonville since the fall of 2016, when I joined the team as Resident Care Director. The best part of working at Sunrise is the sense of family felt throughout the entire organization. My favorite part of my job is helping the residents continue to live out their purpose in life. In my spare time I love blogging, event planning and traveling."

"I’ve had the fantastic privilege of working for Sunrise of Jacksonville since January 2020. I have worked in sales in senior living since 2015, both as a Director of Sales and as a Sales Specialist. While my work experience is in sales, it’s the journey I have been on as an adult child that is the foundation of all that I do at Sunrise. My dad was diagnosed with Dementia very young, and the emotional experience of finding the right community for him is what motivates me to partner with families on one of the most challenging journeys that a family can face. I love the moment when a family lets me know that moving their loved one to our community was the best decision they could have made. I find comfort in knowing someone’s life has been made better because they found a home that they and their family love. Besides working with a stellar team, the best part of working at Sunrise is the fact that I am so confident in what we do as a community. Our care standard is the best that the city of Jacksonville has to offer and being a part of that is awesome! I have saltwater running in my veins. I work hard and play harder- boats, beaches, and live music are my passion. My husband is my dream come true, so we spend our spare time together having fun and loving the life we chose by the salty sea. Our amazing two sons, Eli and Silas, complete the Moseley tribe. When we are all together, we are most likely laughing!"

"I’ve worked with Sunrise of Jacksonville since 2016, where I began my Sunrise career as the concierge. My favorite part about being the Associate Director of Sales is being given the opportunity to assist families in the search for the perfect assisted living or memory care community for their loved ones. Without a doubt the residents are the best part of my time here at Sunrise. Being able to know the residents and spend time with them is really nothing short of a blessing. When I’m not working, I like to spend the majority of my time outdoors. I am extremely fond of going to the beach, nature preserves, and state parks. I genuinely enjoy experiencing nature."

"I joined Sunrise in March of 2020 but have worked in healthcare since 2005 in New York and Florida. I started my career in direct care staff, moved on to an administrative role, and then became an RN. My years of experience have afforded me the opportunity to work within the IDD/Substance abuse, ICF, and Long-Term Care settings. The most rewarding aspect of working in healthcare is the gratification felt at the end of each day. Providing positive, meaningful impact on my residents is my career goal. The best part about Sunrise is the continued opportunity to learn and the support that surrounds that. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, volunteering at missions across Jacksonville, and cooking/serving meals to those less fortunate. "

"I have 30+ years of experience in customer service, but what makes Sunrise different is the interaction I have with residents and their families. When I moved to Jacksonville from Pennsylvania, I left my family and friends behind. Sunrise became my family. The love and kindness (along with the many hugs) I receive on a daily basis is incredible. I’ve been with Sunrise of Jacksonville since 2015 and I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else. When I’m not working, I love to ride my bike to the beach with my husband, Joe. We are beach people and enjoy anything that involves water, surf, and sand!"

"I started as a care manager with Sunrise of Jacksonville in September 2018. Prior to working at Sunrise, I was a social worker at a skilled nursing facility for 3 years. My favorite part of my job is my residents. Every day the residents find a new way to put a smile on my face. The best part about working at Sunrise is working alongside an amazing team that has the passion to serve our residents. In my spare time, I enjoy binge watching shows on Netflix, spending time with family, and traveling."

My favorite part of being the Maintenance Coordinator is helping the residents and making sure their needs are met daily. In my spare time, I enjoy fishing with my family."

"I have worked with Sunrise with great pride since 2004. I have been with Sunrise of Jacksonville since 2017, but most of my time with the company was spent in the Chicago area. Not only am I a Sunrise job coach and a certified trainer, I have completed the Executive Director in Training program with hopes to seek higher opportunities within the company. My favorite part of my job is being part of a team and working alongside others that have a strong passion to help seniors. I love that I get to form close bonds with our residents - I am sure to be having fun and laughing every day! The best part about working for Sunrise is that I can be proud of my job on a daily basis. Through the residents, families, management, and front-line team, I am a part of something great. Throughout my time with the company, I have never been let down by the high standards of care for our residents or the attention the company puts on its team members. In my spare time, you can find me watching a Chicago Cubs baseball game or trying to find some authentic Chicago style pizza. I also love spending time with my two daughters at the beach and taking long walks with my Cocker Spaniel, Molly."

Activities & Volunteer Coordinator

“I have been with Sunrise of Jacksonville since May of 2017, and started as an activities and volunteer assistant. Prior to coming to Sunrise, I worked as a life enrichment coordinator for another assisted living community here in Jacksonville. I relocated to Florida from Redlands, California where I was employed as a registered respiratory therapist for 13 years, rotating through assisted living communities, secondary nursing facilities and at Riverside Community Hospital, a level 2 trauma center.

My favorite part of my job is the residents and the special bond I have with them. I so enjoy spending time with them, listening to their stories, and learning from each and every one of them. I love watching their excitement when we finish a new task or learn something new. We all have fun together and laugh a lot. It’s like having a large family; a home away from home.

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family; going out and doing fun activities with my son, daughter-in-law and grandson who share my household. I take joy in playing music with my son and also jamming with local musicians. I am also deeply passionate about what I do as an Activities Coordinator. So, with some of my downtime, I enjoy creating crafts and preparing for special events and projects.”

"My culinary journey started in 2005 as a salad cook at Bennigans in Miami. Since then, I have worked in the finest restaurants and hotels in Miami and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. I have started a successful catering service and managed in one of the top restaurants in Jacksonville. I began my career with Sunrise of Jacksonville in October of 2017, and it has been a great experience. Not only do I have a passion for cooking, but I thrive in customer service. I take pride in consistently offering quality food and service to our residents. In my spare time, I enjoy fishing and spending time with the people I love."
