Our Dining team is led by dining services coordinator, John Rosant, who has 16 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, and the entire team pride themselves on showcasing fresh produce and herbs in every meal. We also encourage regular feedback through our resident council and food forum meetings.
We accommodate many special meal requests – everything from resident family favorites to special birthday meals – and our residents always know they can count on customized menus for community events and holidays! St. Patrick’s Day means a special corned beef dinner, Rosh Hashanah is celebrated with an apples and honey social and a traditional turkey dinner is served on Thanksgiving – just to name a few!
