At Sunrise ofNorthville, MI, we are lucky to have Michael Wilson as our dining services coordinator. His philosophy is, “If we can make it, I will make it for them. If I can get it, I will get it for them. This is the residents’ house and I will try my best to ensure they have what they want.” With an attitude like that, Michael is a huge hit at our community! He graduated from Grand Rapids Community College School of Culinary Art and apprenticed at Marine Highlands Hotel in Scotland. He joined Sunrise in 2006 after working several years at an assortment of locations. We are glad he finally found his way to our team!
Michael finds his job extremely rewarding and enjoys getting to know our residents on a much more personal level. He meets with residents once a month and will ask them for their favorite recipes to recreate on “Chef’s Choice” nights.
