Executive Director

"I received a degree in business management, and paired that with my advanced clinical dementia certificate from University of Michigan. I left Sunrise of Northville for a year and a half to open up a new community, however, I came to realize that Sunrise is my true home. I came back to Sunrise at Our Farmington Hills community and have been serving that community since 2016. Needless to say, I am very excited to be back at Sunrise of Northville and serve the residents and families here.

My favorite part of working at Sunrise if fulfilling the Sunrise Mission - to champion the quality of life for all seniors.

When I am not at work, I love to spend time with my husband, son and daughter."

Assisted Living Coordinator

"I have always loved caring for seniors.  When I joined the Sunrise family 17 years ago, I began as a caregiver and worked my way to the Assisted Living Coordinator position. I also spent time serving as the Reminiscence Coordinator, in which I trained, mentored and managed a team of caring hearts. 


Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and love to read and listen to music."

"I have been at Sunrise for 17 years and have had several roles managing and taking care of our residents. I am currently the Business Office Manager and handle resident billing, employee payroll and human resource issues.  I love our seniors and their families!  

Outside of work, I love being with my family and friends."

Activities & Volunteer Coordinator

"I have been with Sunrise for five years and have had the pleasure of working with the residents in our Reminiscence Neighborhood prior to my Activities and Volunteer Coordinator position.  After college, I worked in the medical field for three years and as a sales representative for eight years.

I also have served as a care manager, lead care manager, medication manager and life enrichment coach. I enjoy Sunrise because it gives me a chance to broaden my career and serve with love.  

On the weekends, I work with my church to distribute food from the Forgotten Harvest program and share information to help people in need."

Dining Services Coordinator

"I have been with sunrise for 8 months. Prior to that I have experience in Senior Living, Private Country Clubs, Hotels, and Restaurants. I have also cooked for former president Obama, vice president Joe Biden, Chery Crow, and Kid Rock.

What I enjoy most about my job is interacting with the residents and trading stories while learning their likes and dislikes. This is something he feels is a very important part of preparing the food.

The best part about working at Sunrise is that I love that everyone will do anything to help each other and it feels like a family here.

In my spare time, I love spending time with family and going to events."

"My experience ranges from machinist to mobile service mechanics. The thing I enjoy most about my job is making a difference in resident's lives. Helping with the big and small things make their day. In my spare time, I enjoy watching sports and movies, and spending time outside. I also enjoy working on cars."
