Bianca Davis 

Director of Sales 

“I started working for Sunrise in September 2003 as a designated care manager. I went on to work as the Activities Assistant, the concierge and then as the Associate Director of Sales. Since 2009, I have served as the Director of Sales. 

My favorite part of my job is meeting with families because I get the opportunity to help them through a difficult time in their lives. Throughout the years, I have gained expertise on assisting families and their loved ones through the process of moving into Sunrise. This has proven to be the most fulfilling part of my career with Sunrise.”

Activities and Volunteer Coordinator

"Over 7 years and I was a private duty aide for a resident in the community. I applied for a care manager and got hired. Then applied for the activities opposition. 

My favorite part of the job is bringing joy to each resident and being able to provided meaningful and engaging activities for our residents. In my spare time, I enjoy watching the football games Ravens, and spending time with my kids."

“I joined Sunrise Senior Living in May of 1995.  I have spent most of my career at Sunrise as the Assisted Living Coordinator.  

My passion to work with seniors started at a young age.  My favorite part of the job is spending one-on-one time with the residents, whether it is helping them with a small task or just listening.  The best part of working at Sunrise is our community’s home-like environment and knowing that at the end of the day I have made a difference in someone’s life.  Sunrise is truly my second home and my fellow team members are my extended family.  

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons.”

"I’ve been working at Sunrise for 14 yrs and my prior experience was working as a Care Manager. As a Care Manager my role was to provide care for my residents and help them perform day to day tasks.

My favorite part of my job is my residents. Knowing that I am able to care for them and put a smile on their faces drives me to do my best. What is the best part of working with Sunrise? The best part of working at Sunrise is knowing that I’m working with a great team of people, interacting with my residents and making them smile. In my spare time I like long walks, traveling and shopping."

"Prior to being a lead care manager with Sunrise of Pikesville, I was a Team Leader with The Sisters of Good Shepherd Infirmary. My favorite part of the job is making sure the residents are comfortable, happy and seeing the smile on their faces as a results. The best part of working with Sunrise is working as a team with my co-workers and having such great administrators and nurses. In my spare time, I participate in church activities."

“I joined Sunrise Senior Living in May of 2000. In 2011, I joined the Sunrise of Pikesville team. I have been privileged to serve in many positions at Sunrise. 

My favorite part of my job is spending time with the residents during different activities, or just sitting and talking about daily events in the news. I love spending my free time with the residents in our Reminiscence Neighborhood. The best part of working at Sunrise is knowing that every day is new and that I can be a meaningful part of our residents’ lives. 

Outside of work, I love to spend time laughing and talking with my family.”

“My journey with Sunrise began in November 1998. It was my heart’s desire to work in such a beautiful community. Little did I know that it was going to be just as beautiful on the inside.

My favorite Principle of Service is Nurturing the Spirit. I believe that we are all spiritual beings, placed on this earth for a specific purpose. I believe my purpose is to serve the residents, their family members and our staff with due diligence using my various gifts.”
