Executive Director

“I joined the team at Sunrise in 2003 as a business manager. After several promotions, I have served in my current role of Executive Director of Sunrise of Roseville since 2008. In addition to acting as a 1:1 trainer and a GS:3 Leadership trainer, I have mentored many of my team members to achieve Sunrise coordinator positions. 
My role as Executive Director enables me to impact Sunrise residents, families and my team. I’m proud to work at Sunrise because the company continuously evolves in its methods in caring for seniors. We are people caring for people; not just employees seeking monetary gain. 
My mother was part of the Sunrise family as well, serving as a Sunrise Wellness Nurse for 26 years. 
In my spare time, I love spending time with my extended family at my cabin in Northern Minnesota and fishing, reading and relaxing.”

“As Director of Sales, my favorite part of my role is the opportunity to hear each resident’s story and to work with them to help make their lives better. I help residents through the moving process and act as a trusted resource for family and friends.

" I served as a Sunrise Wellness Nurse for nearly a decade, and in that role I had the opportunity to ensure that Sunrise residents have a better quality of life. My belief in the company was solidified when my grandmother moved into a Sunrise community and she was able to experience the care and dedication the team provided my own family member. I also enjoy working with residents’ families and helping provide them a peace of mind that their loved one is being cared for in the way they deserve."

Doug McCulloch 

Assisted Living Coordinator 

“Prior to joining the Sunrise team, I worked as an activities director and social services specialist at a nursing home. I was primarily responsible for the behavioral mental health floor. I also have a background in management and ministry. 

I love being able to ensure that our residents are well taken care of and that their families can trust us to do the best for the residents. I have learned so much in my short time here, and I am so impressed with how the leadership team works together. 

In my spare time, I am the chief cheerleader for my kids’ activities (baseball, football, soccer, skiing, cross county, Irish dance and band - and I only have two kids), and I am a senior high youth leader at my church. When I have extra time, I enjoy reading.”
