Marie-Jean has worked in Emergency Medical Services, Health Care and Skilled Rehabilitation Services since 1989. She has served in many capacities, such as: Paramedic, Director of Operations, Clinical Liaison to Massachusetts General Hospital and as a multi-state regional director.
Marie-Jean is passionate about two New England sports teams, the Boston Red Sox and the NE Patriots. She loves to spend time with her very large Italian family and is looking forward to cooking her favorite recipes for her residents at Sunrise of Wayland.
“Since 2004, I have been working as a lead Designated Care Manager and medication technician. Even though my own home is far away from Sunrise of Wayland, I don’t mind the long commute because the people here make it all worth it.

Gina has worked in senior living for 10 years. She has helped hundreds of families transition their loved ones into different communities across Massachusetts.
Gina is passionate about helping others and serving as a resource whether someone chooses to move into a senior living community or just needs assistance in ensuring their loved one is safe.
Gina is an avid New England Patriot’s football fan and enjoys her Sundays watching the games with her husband and cat, Simba.
Helen Parker has been an employee at Sunrise of Wayland for 9 years. Helen started at Sunrise as a Care Manager to Lead Care Manager, and then moved to the role of Lead Med Care Manager, and Floor Supervisor. In early 2019, Helen took on the position of Assisted Living Coordinator.
Helen loves working at Sunrise of Wayland because from the very first day she walked into the Wayland community she felt at home and continues to love the community and serving its residents.
When Helen is not at work, she loves watching TV and spending time with her two sons, daughter and husband.
Jen came to Sunrise in August of 2018 as a Supervisor and was recently promoted to Reminiscence Coordinator. After ten years working in healthcare she understands the importance of providing the highest level of care while preserving one’s dignity.
Jen loves working with the elderly and listening to their life experiences and wisdom. She is dedicated to providing a peaceful environment in which her Residents feel safe and nurtured. She is passionate about finding ways to keep our Residents engaged and stimulated, one of her favorite things to do is host a chair yoga class!
When Jen is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband, two teenage children and their Golden Retriever Perl, who you can often find visiting with Residents and families! She loves the beach, boating, hiking and cooking for her family!
