Sunrise of Weston, MA, has a dining services coordinator that really knows his way around the kitchen! Since high school, Dan O’Brien has been working with food, starting out as a dietary aid and cook.
Today, Dan and the dining team meet the dietary needs and preferences of all of our residents. Our dining team is always willing to modify specific items for individual residents and because we are a smaller community, we can frequently change up our menu to keep it exciting.
Being located in New England, seafood is abundant and always on our menu. Residents especially enjoy items such as scallops, haddock and shrimp! A few other community favorites include our homemade meat lasagna and stuffed shells. At Sunrise of Weston, there’s a dish for everyone!
