Helen arrived in October 2014 and immediately felt welcome and comfortable. After her broken hip in 2015 we were so happy that she could continue to stay in her apartment at Sunrise while she was wheelchair bound and needed more assistance. Most especially, the true caring nature of every team member was evident during the past 6 weeks when my mother returned from the hospital and enrolled in hospice. At that point I began visiting almost daily and came to see for myself the dedication and enthusiasm with which the team cares for the Sunrise residents. I was especially surprised and glad at how many team members visited my mother, often on a daily basis, when they were not responsible for her care that given day.
