Working with his experienced team, executive chef Christopher Sheldon carefully creates his own menu and focuses on using locally grown, seasonal produce. Paying close attention to the cultural diversity of our residents, Chris incorporates dishes from around the world into each week’s menu. He also takes cues from the influential restaurants in surrounding San Francisco and includes as many current food trends into his menu planning as possible, all while taking into account each resident’s specific nutritional needs and preferences.
Some favorite dishes include rack of lamb, filet of beef, and cioppino. We also accommodate special diets, such as vegetarian and vegan.
