The Colonnades program is designed for those who require post-acute or post-surgical care; physician services; pharmacy services; physical, speech and occupational therapy; or 24-hour skilled nursing care. With individualized and comprehensive care strategies in place, we take whatever measures necessary to accelerate recovery, maintain comfort, and preserve independence and dignity.

Othella joined The Colonnades team in 1996 and enjoys cooking, cleaning and caring for her three children. She enjoys going to church and listening to spiritual music.

Wendy joined the team in 2009 and says she loves to work with her team at The Colonnades. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her six children and five grandchildren.
