As a Certified Dietary Manager, you lead Skilled Nursing food service operations, ensuring residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe and welcoming environment. What You’ll Do: • Oversee daily dietary operations and supervise food service team members • Plan menus in collaboration with culinary leaders to meet nutritional needs • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Sunrise food service regulations • Monitor therapeutic diets, meal tallies, and resident diet updates • Participate in Care Plan meetings and assess resident preferences • Provide on-the-job training and staff education • Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations • Maintain accurate records and regulatory documentation • Support department budgeting and cost control initiatives • Promote safety, sanitation, and infection control standards You play a vital leadership role in delivering safe, nutritious dining experiences that support resident health and satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required • 2+ years food service experience in healthcare setting • Prior supervisory or management experience • Strong knowledge of nutrition and regulatory standards • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Certified Dietary Manager – Lead Dining Programs That Nourish and Delight Residents Certified Dietary Manager | Dietary Manager | Food Service Director | Senior Living Dining

Pay Range:

26.75 - 33.50
