Hear from one of our resident's family members:
“My mother-in-law and I received extraordinary service from two team members at Sunrise on Connecticut Avenue today. Audrey from Sunrise drove us to the hospital for an appointment, but when she returned to pick us up after the appointment, there was a malfunction with the wheelchair lift into the van. Audrey was working to fix it when another Sunrise team member, William, happened to walk out of the hospital from a personal appointment. On his off hours, he immediately stopped to help, and they both worked together to fix it back to working order using a crowbar. As they worked on it, I stood there thinking that you would never know we were not in front of 5111 Connecticut Avenue!"
