A seasoned leader in senior living, Jack brings decades of strategic oversight experience building mission-driven organizations known for strong cultures, high-performing teams, fully integrated, scalable operating platforms, and robust growth track records.

Jack’s highly relationship-oriented leadership style reflects his unwavering commitment to Sunrise Senior Living’s unambiguous mission, vision, and values. Prior to joining Sunrise, Jack held strategic, executive leadership roles across the broader healthcare and real estate industries, including CEO of Enlivant, CEO of Holiday Retirement, and President of U.S. Operations at Archstone. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Argentum and The American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA), and is a Board Director and former Vice Chair of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC). He also served on the Medical Center Board of Directors of the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago for many years, including as Vice Chair of the Quality and Credentialing Committee.
