We offer specialized nursing and rehabilitation care that promotes emotional health and physical well-being when you are recovering from an illness, hospitalization, or even changes in medications. Rehabilitation services are available from licensed therapists seven days a week.
One of the things that attracted me to Stratford Court is that it was like home—I really fell in love with it. I go to exercise class in the morning, I take the dog out for a walk, I paint, I go to the different activities that they have. I describe Stratford Court as my home.
