What does Sunrise leadership think about this?

Callison, Jr., chief executive officer for Sunrise Senior Living. “I am proud of the enduring culture that sets Sunrise apart and how we support our team with a comprehensive benefits program, robust leadership development opportunities as well hundreds of locations and flexible schedules – just some of the many ways we make Sunrise a great place to work.”
What is Great Place to Work?
Great Place to Work ® is a certification from Activated Insights, an independent research and consulting firm and the global authority on workplace culture. They conduct and analyze survey responses from more than 220,000 employees across the nation to find the very best places to work each year. Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Aging Services list is highly competitive, and they select the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies were only considered if they are a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organization. Additionally, Great Place to Work is the only company culture award in America based on how fairly employees are treated.
How did Sunrise receive this recognition?
To earn this coveted recognition, companies were assessed on how well they are creating a great employee experience regardless of employees’ race, gender, age, disability status, or any other classification. The award is based on independent analysis of survey responses that hundreds of U.S. Sunrise team members completed earlier this year – and they gave Sunrise one of the highest scores in the industry at #10!
This is because at Sunrise, we are committed to providing team members with a workplace based on our core values of passion, joy in service, stewardship, respect, and trust. We also recently introduced a new listening strategy to collect continued feedback as well as renewed efforts to foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to benefit all those who serve the organization. Our team members have the opportunity to participate in best-in-class leadership development programs designed to support their career growth. We also strive to demonstrate our daily commitment to protecting the health and wellbeing of its team members during the pandemic and were one of the first in the industry to require the COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of employment*.
