1. Green tea

3. Chamomile tea
Considering it starts out as a beautiful flower, you'd never know that chamomile has a lot going on when it comes to medicinal properties. Once it dries out, this delicate plant can be steeped into a delicious and beneficial beverage. Due to its abundance of flavanoids and antioxidants, chamomile tea can strengthen the immune system, provide relief for symptoms of menstruation, reduce stress and can help you fall asleep at night.
