The key to our success is no secret. It’s our great team members who enable the quality care our residents and their families expect.

We pride ourselves on having a team of serving hearts – the type of individuals who believe real happiness and fulfillment come from serving others. New team members complete extensive Sunrise curriculums and are provided ongoing training and quality assurance measures to reinforce the strong standards we hold ourselves to. Our mission to champion quality of life guides everything that we do, and it’s what makes Sunrise such an extraordinary place to live and work. 

At Sunrise, we are focused on taking care of our own so they are able to best take care of our residents. Recently, we recognized the efforts of our dedicated team members during Summer of Sunrise, an annual series of celebration events aimed at simply saying thank you and showing off some Sunrise spirit.
