We’re pleased to introduce you to some of our extraordinary team members who work hard to make our community a great place to live.
Sean has worked at Sunrise Senior Living for more than 10 years. Prior to joining the Sunrise family, he worked as an Asset Manager for a property management company. Sean’s favorite Principal of Service is Preserving Dignity because he understands what seniors go through and what it takes to make them feel at home with the utmost respect.
When not at Sunrise, Sean enjoys following European Soccer Leagues and taking vacations with his wife traveling to new places and sightseeing. He also enjoys spending time with their one year old daughter.
Ann grew up in New York with her parents, sister, Joanie, and their miniature schnauzer, Peppy. She majored in advertising and graduated Bernard Baruch College in NYC where she began her media career. After moving to Los Angeles and managing many consumer goods campaigns, Ann realized that she wanted to do something more fulfilling and moved into the healthcare sphere, launching Skirball Hospice.
Ann has been at Sunrise of Studio City since April 2013. She has served on the Alzheimer’s Caregiver Wellness Committee for three years, was on the LA Parkinson’s Board for two years and on the NeuroCommunity Foundation Board for two years.
Lidia has been with Sunrise since 2004. She started as a member of the medication management team and transitioned into the Reminiscence Coordinator role in 2006. Lidia remained in the role for over 10 years. The best part of Lidia's vocation are the Residents…spending time with them, discovering the beautiful lives they have had and continuing to champion their lives at Sunrise. She feels that we become a part of their extended family.
Lidia has recently been promoted to the Business Office Coordinator after having been a part of the Sales team in Studio City. She welcomes the opportunity to help more families transition into the wonderful community.
Lidia comes from a very large family and has been taught that family is very important. Whether it’s at home for a family BBQ or heading out on weekend adventures with her husband, Hector, and their two children, Robert & Hailey, they enjoy spending time together. And, her family loves their two dogs, Pepper and Sarge.
A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA, Roy has been in senior living food service since 2002. Roy was born in the Philippines and currently resides in Alhambra with his family. His favorite type of cuisines to make are Mexican and South East Asian.
His favorite thing about Sunrise, other than the residents, is our mission - to Champion the Quality of Life for All Seniors. He has truly found his passion in making delicious meals for seniors that not only nourish their bodies but keep their appetites hearty!
