When you arrive at The Carlisle, you will feel as if you’ve arrived at a friendly boutique hotel. Each of the approximately 100 residents in our intimate, warm environment greets one another by name, and there is a feeling of inclusion and sophistication.
When you purchase a home at The Carlisle, you are buying into a vibrant, active lifestyle with a slate of high-end amenities. This luxurious, maintenance-free lifestyle includes our dining program, led by our executive chef, Chris Sheldon. Chef Chris works with a diverse team of cooks and provides gourmet meals that are made to order.
Homeowners at The Carlisle may choose to customize their units, including renovating floors, bathrooms, and kitchens to match their personal tastes. And because we are a licensed continuing care retirement community (CCRC), if your care needs progress after move-in, as a Carlisle homeowner, you may remain in your condo and receive home healthcare services—either from our talented, compassionate caregivers, or from an outside agency, if you desire.
When visiting our building, you will notice our community has a smaller, more intimate, and close-knit feeling than other retirement communities. Our many common areas are an extension of our residents’ private condominiums, and you will find gatherings in our Grand Room each night for coffee, a card game, a glass of wine, or an informal discussion. During the day, residents gather to discuss the day’s plans, read on their iPads, enjoy our coffee and tea service, or hear a planned lecture of local or global issues.
Our residents will tell you themselves that The Carlisle is a special, unique place to live. We would love to talk with you about what life is like in our community; feel free to give us a call and set up a time to come in, take a tour, and meet with our team.
