We are pleased to announce the opening of our twenty-ninth and newest community in New Jersey: Sunrise of Livingston.
Sunrise of Livingston continues our more than 40-year tradition of providing high-quality senior living services as Sunrise welcomes the founding residents this month. The over 86,000-square-foot, three-story property by Lantz-Boggio Architects will provide assisted living and memory care for more than 120 residents.
Sunrise of Livingston’s suites and common areas are carefully designed by Sunrise’s in-house design team to support residents’ comfort and safety, featuring custom finishes and an emergency response system. The community combines an elegant mix of modern and interior design touches across its shared areas and private spaces, and features custom furniture built for residents’ needs. The new community earned the prestigious healthy buildings WELL Health-Safety Rating from the International WELL Building Institute.
Constructed in partnership with Wohlsen Construction Company, Sunrise of Livingston features design elements consistent with local American Colonial style. Residents can enjoy a multi-functional bistro area, lounge, entertainment room featuring theater accommodations, activity room, common and private dining rooms, a secure rooftop garden and a beauty salon. This community also features an innovative high-tech, indoor garden that will provide leafy greens and herbs year-round for a farm-to-table fresh experience.
