The top-10 ranking is the 3rd time Sunrise has received this top culture and workplace designation, highlighting the special place Sunrise is to be a part of.
How did Sunrise do in the ranking?
We are extremely excited to highlight and share some of the strongest aspects of what makes Sunrise culture special and helped us achieve this recognition as a team. Team members across Sunrise’s more than 270 U.S. communities ranked their workplace high in respect, pride, and being able to make a difference. At Sunrise, 77% of our team members said Sunrise is a great place to work, which is 18% higher than the average U.S. company!
Digging in a little more, we had 88% of team members share that working at Sunrise has special meaning and they feel they make a difference, with 87% saying they felt welcome and 86% had a sense of pride for their work.
