The annual awards program marks the achievements and service of extraordinary people across the United Kingdom.
Natalie was awarded an MBE for her efforts in leading Sunrise UK and Gracewell communities through the many challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. The Honours Committee specifically recognized her for prioritizing the emotional wellbeing of family members of residents, and providing them with regular updates about their loved ones and the ongoing safety precautions in the communities.
