We hire people who have a natural serving heart and share our commitment to quality senior care. All team members attend Sunrise University, our internationally recognized training program, where new employees fine-tune their skills to prepare them for their role.
A cornerstone of Sunrise University, The Learning Channel is an online resource where employees participate in self-guided career training featuring: online courses, customized tools to help in specific roles, group training courses, continuing education and skill building tips and exercises.
