National Assisted Living Week: Bringing You the Sunrise Signature Experience

When I think about this year’s National Assisted Living Week (NALW) theme, “Nourish Life: Mind, Body, Spirit,” the Sunrise Signature Experience immediately comes to mind. From our meaningful activities and programming, to designated care managers who form rich relationships with residents, to tasty, nutritious meals prepared by our culinary team, and even our community pets – it’s the entire experience that supports our residents to lead a nourished life full of purpose.

At Sunrise, we know it’s the little things that can make the biggest impact to our residents and their families. We constantly look at feedback for ways to improve, with one of them being through our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. This year’s results show that our residents and their families are pleased with our care and the team members who provide it. However, we have also identified potential areas to improve, which we’ll be putting action behind. We’ll continue to seek your feedback throughout the year, as well. Your community’s executive director and regional director of Operations are always available to talk through any questions or concerns you may have. We strive to provide the highest quality of care, which is why open communications with residents and families is so important.

For more than 30 years, we’ve committed to delivering on the Sunrise Signature Experience and complement that by taking to heart ongoing feedback. It’s this formula that makes it such an honor to serve you and your family.
