Depending on the community, our respite care services are available for a variety of care levels, including assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.

We offer a 30-day program, the Road Home Program*, specifically designed for guests coming to Sunrise directly from a hospital or rehabilitation center. The Road Home Program provides nursing and rehabilitation assistance both during an illness and after a hospital visit. From medication management to around-the-clock care, you will experience all of the additional services that aid in a full, speedy recovery.
*The Road Home Program is subject to availability and based upon a nursing assessment. The length of stay is limited to 30 days; prevailing rates and a move-in fee will apply thereafter. Please contact individual communities for specific offerings. Care and service levels, and their designations, may vary by state and/or community.
