"I joined the Sunrise Senior Living Family 17 years ago, at a Brighton Gardens Community. With 17 years of experience and a degree in Business Management, I can say that it brightens my day to know that I am able to help make a difference in our residents lives and stay true to the Sunrise Mission and “Champion the quality of life for all seniors.”

Director of Sales

"I joined the Sunrise family in 2015 as a medication care manager and eventually moved into the Sales and Marketing department. I bring over 8 years of experience and hold a Master’s Degree in Health Administration.

I started caring for my own grandmother at a young age and have had a passion for working with seniors ever since! I truly enjoy working with families and getting to know each of our residents and helping them find a loving community to call home."

Director of Sales

Lauren joined the team at Brighton Gardens of Dunwoody in October of 2014 as the Director of Sales. 

“A large part of my job is getting to know each new resident and helping them, along with their families, become a part of our community. My favorite Sunrise Principle of Service is Celebrating Individuality. Each and every senior has an amazing story to share.”

Resident Care Director

Marcia joined Sunrise in 2009. She has been a nurse since 1982 and has dedicated her entire nursing career to serving seniors. She holds a nursing specialty in assisted living and spent 20+ years of her career in skilled nursing facilities before moving into the assisted living field in 2006. 

Marcia’s favorite Principle of Service is Involving Friends and Family.According to Marcia, if one is surrounded by a strong support system, healthcare decisions can be made without as much stress.

Assisted Living Coordinator

"I joined Sunrise back in 2017, but I have been working in the healthcare industry for 20 years and have a Degree in Business Management. 

It gives me great joy everyday knowing that I am providing the needs of my residents. I have a serving heart and perform my job duties with purpose. I am a firm believer that in order for a Leader to lead a team to success, you must lead by example.”

Activities & Volunteer Coordinator

"My career with Sunrise began in 2002. I first started as a Dining Room Hostess and eventually worked my way up to my current position as the Activities & Volunteer Coordinator. 

I enjoy coming to work every day and engaging with each one of the residents in activities. I proudly wear many hats in the community. My favorite part about my job is interacting with the residents, their families and, my fellow team members. I love building special bonds and learning so much about our residents' pasts. 

In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my three children."

Business Office Manager

"I joined the Sunrise team in 2017. I have worked in assisted living for 11 years. I have a degree in accounting. My favorite part as Business Manager is hearing my residents share their life long stories and seeing the joy in their hearts as they do. Just knowing I made a difference is all the gratification I could ever need.

Outside of Sunrise, I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends."
