The staff was so helpful when I walked in to get information. The facility smells like cookies. Very clean and everyone smiles. The seniors looked happy.

I live in the area and finally went in to look for my father. There was live music in playing in the min lobby. The building was warm and cozy.

Excellent team here. I have been able to work with them for some time now and as a community partner they are supportive and caring towards their residents. From the sales team to the wellness team, I have seen them be proactive, innovative, and competent at delivering quality senior care. It’s been a pleasure to come along side them.

Sunrise at La Costa is a such a pleasant community. The clinical team is sharp yet, patient, and empathetic to the residents' needs. Their activities team is FUN! And their food is delicious!

My 99 year old mother was there for a short time but everyone treated her with warmth, love and respect. She loved the food, happy hour, and activities. I cannot thank the caregivers, nurses and staff enough they were wonderful.

My relative has been at Sunrise at La Costa for a month now and we are so pleased with the facility and all the caring and competent staff, including the front desk concierges. He is younger than the other residents and feels comfortable there because of the nice caregivers, the lively atmosphere, and his pleasant and functional accommodations.

My Mom had a fall and was diagnosed with cancer so we started looking at assisted living facilities in North County and she choose Sunrise. The facility is beautiful but the staff make this a great place. Jennifer the ED was very responsive and took care of any question or quickly. Jennifer helped us with whatever we needed, even arranged transportation to a doctor appointment for my Mom. She also checked in frequently when my Mom was in the hospital. Most importantly, they have some wonderful caregivers. Many of them have been there for 10+ years and make a difficult job seem easy. The majority of them are positive, compassionate, and always ready to help. The business office was easy to deal with and handled some tricky billing situations quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend Sunrise to anyone looking for Assisted Living.

The main reason we chose Sunrise of La Costa was because of the pricing and the low turnover of the staff there. The nursing staff have been great to work with.
