Families appreciate the professionalism of the team -Nancy, Erika, and Sam, as well as the wellness team with Liza, Candace, and Nancy, and the communication throughout the care process. Overall, it offers a strong balance of personalized care, hospitality, and peace of mind for residents and their loved ones.

The care team goes out of their way to make me and everyone feel good. Penny and Reyna are excellent. Jessica is a very good person.

My mom has been living here for a while now, and overall we’ve had a really good experience. Moving a parent into assisted living is never an easy decision, but the staff has made the transition feel much more comfortable for both of us. They are kind, patient, and genuinely seem to care about the residents as individuals, which has meant a lot to our family. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. My mom especially enjoys the social events and has been able to make some new friends, which has been so important for her well-being. What stands out most is the level of compassion we’ve seen from many of the caregivers. Knowing my mom is in a safe, supportive environment gives me real peace of mind. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a caring place for a loved one.

I'm in the community every month and get an opportunity to have lengthy conversations with the residence. They seem happy and satisfied with all that the community offers them. They're all very fortunate to have so many people make sure that they're days are filled with happy things they do and share.

Am so happy my 93 year old mom has found a safe and happy home here. The facilities are of course in a prime location where she can access everything imaginable including the best shops, doctors, library, museums. But I feel like its incredible and responsive staff is what truly puts Sunrise over the top. Especially talented in-house pt/ot specialists, RENO THE AMAZING AND CARING, dining crew, executive director Sean, Marie exercise leader, Gavin handyman, wonderful front desk concierge people...This quality is evident literally down to any new night shift helper/cleaner you may run into or call during a time of need. Folks there are positive and go out of their way for elders who really need and appreciate thoughtful special care. We are overjoyed to daily offer my family's deepest thanks and highest continuing recommendation in the field of elegant senior living!

I always love singing for the residents here. It’s a wonderful, welcoming community of people. Overall the staff have been good to work with.

Friendly stuff, welcoming ambience and delicious food. My friend comented about the games and the music that are part of the daily activities organized for them. In my opinion the parking is very convenient as well.

My first impression is that the staff are welcoming. The place is clean and well lighted. As l am visiting my friend l have learn that her experience is positive as well!

I love love love how pet friendly and kind everyone is, always hesitant leaving loved one’s in another’s care, but everyone at Sunrise makes this hesitation go away. They are apart of my family at this point which is how it should be :) Definitely recommend !

Great staff and programming. For my mother who just passed away.at age 95. It fit perfectly for her. She lived at sunrise for 3 years. As an outgoing women she rarely stayed in her room. Would highly recommend.

My mother-in-law was well cared for by the care team, the nurses and the food staff. During her last month there, she was in declining health and the staff was very responsive to her needs and our requests. She loved all the activities and gave her a new lease on life after living alone through the pandemic and the loss of her husband.

Very happy with Sunrise! The apartment size (what they call a 1 bedroom) is bright and a good size for a den and a bedroom. Nice view of Crescent drive. The food works great for my mom. She has no complaints and the staff for dining, activities, nursing, etc are all amazing, caring, kind and professional. The entire facility is well run and very responsive to everything. Lovely residents and very nice population.
