Kaitlyn, Kandi, and Marissa go above and beyond to make sure that residents have high-quality care. The facility is immaculate, with beautifully decorated common areas and cozy private rooms. The staff is well trained. Every conversation with the staff showed that the person assisting you is caring. I was impressed the smell of baking cookies! The feeling of a happy place is the vibe. Definitely look here.

I provide healthcare services in this community and the staff here is so incredibly helpful and kind. I always look forward to days that I get to work at Sunrise Chesterfield because everyone is so welcoming.

My dad passed but he loved it there. It was home and they were his family. I never smelled urine, facility was clean. Staff was friendly and treated dad like family.

There are some wonderful people who work here and care an awful lot about the individuals they serve. From front line staff to leadership/management, the staff are incredibly compassionate and kind.

The staff on the third floor are wonderful! They are a combination of very caring and competent people. They are very effective in handling different personalities with compassion and humor, which is necessary in this environment. It’s a very nice atmosphere on the floor with good communication with the family. Thank you for my husband’s care.

It was truly a pleasure to see how engaged leadership was in the care planning and long-term management of my loved one’s needs. Not only that, the facility itself was so unique and well kept that it made way more homely than I could have imagined. This is not your typical nursing home and I mean it in the best way possible!!

This is the third place we have moved my Dad. Before Sunrise he did not ever leave his room. Now he has made friends and is involved in some social groups/clubs there. Dad also has special friendships with the staff from the receptionist to the caregiver to the dining room staff.

We had such a great tour. It was beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming and such a beautiful location. The building smelled good. Everyone had smiles on their face. We tour the memory care, and the team was so friendly and happy and engaged with the older people

Need to update the 3rd floor kitchen. Was told it was getting updated last August. I have heard staff say they are the last to get anything. Memory care floor. Maybe they think the residents won't notice. But it needs work. Food is always late. Residents sit there waiting.
