Caring , sensitive , understanding. My mom has had health issues since being there . She is now in a hospice in patient and will be going into a skilled nursing home . Brighton has been so caring and helpful

It's in a safe and convenient location. Everyone on the staff we've worked with has exceeded our expectations. If we had questions or concerns, they were heard, took seriously, and handled promptly. The unit was clean. Housekeeping has done a phenomenal job. They care about ensuring residents are safe, clean, and happy. You'll only pay for what level of care you need.

My brother was the one who was able to tour Brighton Gardens. He was impressed with all that he saw and those he talked with. We are moving mom here tomorrow and we’re all relieved that she will be in a safe place that still allows a feeling of home.

Had a great experience with my visit at Brighton Gardens. Front of house staff was extremely helpful. The facility was clean and the amenities look great. This location is in consideration for my father for sure.

Best: level of care. Worst: communications between staff. We find we need to repeat ourselves multiple times to different staff members.

Our mom didn't stay long because she was closer to the end than we were aware of but all of the staff were wonderful!! The facilities were very nice too.

The staff works hard, and I know their job isn't easy. Everyone I've met has been kind, friendly, and willing to help. The community is clean, and my mom has been happy here. Like a lot of places, they've had some staffing challenges in the past, but I've seen things getting better. I'm happy with the care my mom is receiving, and she enjoys the food. It's nice knowing she's somewhere that has people who care about her

We were looking for assisted living options for my mom. We’re new to the process and they took their time answering all of our questions and going above and beyond to help us. The facility is very nice, well kept, clean, and everyone seems quite nice. We’ve decided to wait a little longer to make this move, but we know who we’re going to go talk to when the time comes!

I think my mother got specialized care based on her issues. But the staff also went out of their way to love her and forgive her transgressions. I am very acquainted with an ER nurse and she says that her patients from Brighton Gardens and [community removed] are the best taken care of and their facilities are the easiest to communicate with. She says she doesn't worry too much when they leave

I am reviewing the initial contact with Brighton Gardens. I found Brighton Gardens very responsive to our needs to find a placement quickly. All information about the community was shared at the first meeting and the tour of the facility was very impressive. We were never pressured to make a decision which was very helpful.
